THE PROJECT.

 

Our luxurious villa sits on one of the best plots in Javea. Its desirable south facing location sitting above the Port of Javea has the most stunning views of the bay of Javea. 

 

LOWER GROUND FLOOR.

 

A vast area of 223m2 is home to the 4th luxury room that hangs out over the plot with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea and the Port. With a walk in wardrobe and luxurious bathroom this will really the most enviable guest bedroom.

This floor is also home to the entertainment hub of the home. Invite your friends around to enjoy your very own spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool. Also on this level you can enjoy your very own blockbuster movie in your home cinema room.

GROUND FLOOR.

 

The main living area of the house with a stunning open plan feel with the most breathtaking views over the whole of Javea. The large expanse of glass, as you can see from our computer generated image creates a feeling of living outdoors from within your own lounge. The stunning Designer kitchen is equipped to the very highest level and includes our day to day family eating area. From here you access the double height lounge down a couple of steps where you will be extremely proud to entertain or just relax whilst enjoying the view. The family dining area is situated in the area looking directly down to the harbour.

 

We have also created a family TV lounge on this level, from experience many modern villas lack a natural area to enjoy day to day evening TV watching. The main living room is set up to take in the amazing views, as such it seems almost criminal to locate the TV in front of the view. Well next to the kitchen we have solved the where do I locate my TV, by dedicating a good size family lounge area. Here you will be able to move to in the evening when you want to be entertained.
