WELCOME TO JAVEA

The town hall of Javea have changed the rules on any new projects being presented to the town hall. We are currently working with the town hall to ensure all our future designs fulfil the new guidelines.

The feedback from the town hall is that in future it will be necessary that all new projects be more sympathetic to the local mediterranean style of architecture. All projects will have at least 50% of the roof with traditional style roofing tiles and not totally contemporary flat roofs.

We see this as an opportunity to offer you new designs, that we feel will fuse more naturally with the local architecture and most importantly be acceptable to the local town hall.

With this new ruling in mind we feel it only correct that we update our designs and ensure transparency by only advertising designs that will be acceptable to the Town Hall. Please be patient as over the next few months our architect team will present to us new designs. We will be happy to design a new project with you that will pass local planning rules.
