Fantastic Designer Villa situated looking towards the bay of Javea. The project was finished in 2016. All necessary permits have been acquired. The associated land plot is over 1000 square meters. Size of the house, excluding terraces, is approximately 450 square meters. 

It is situated on a hill overlooking both the sea and the reknown forested valleys. The house provides an address in a quiet, low populated neighborhood, while at the same time being close to the centre of the town.

Both outside and inside of the house follow modern, highly functional and sought after minimalistic design. 

 

The Villa has three levels - two of them residential, and one for use as a cinema and utility areas. The house has been designed so that all four separate bedrooms form closed, private areas with their own bathrooms, toilets, and a walk-in closets. The living room at the ground floor has a spacious open floor design, is very bright, and is connected with the kitchen. 

 

The house will have the increased class of thermal performance, to avoid cooling in the winter and overheating in the summer. All window panes, that form large areas, will be secured with a special layer maintaining a constant temperature inside the house. We used central air conditioning with remote control and programming. The whole house benefits from under-floor heating. All the rooms are mechanically ventilated, to ensure the acess to fresh air. The energy to heat the water is partially recovered from the sun. We do not use a gas installation.
